Costs

We realize that costs are usually the #1 question when it comes to chiropractic care. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield , Aetna UnitedHealthcare , Cigna , Humana , and Medicare . Please note that w e do NOT accept Medicaid (Illinicare/Meridian), which is frequently confused with Medicare. Our team will verify coverage for you, and give you an estimate of how much insurance will cover.

We also realize that not everyone has insurance, and it doesn't make sense to use insurance sometimes. Our cash rates for short term care are designed to get you the care you need without breaking the bank. For patients who need extended care, or plan on coming for regular maintenance care, we provide ChiroHealthUSA coverage. ChiroHealthUSA can reduce the cost of care for people with high deductible insurance plans. Financing for our care is available through CareCredit . CareCredit is a medical credit card that allows you to break up the cost of care into affordable monthly payments.

What to Expect

The first visit to our office typically takes about an hour. Please complete the new patient intake form  below to speed up this process.

The doctor will talk to you about the history of your problem, identifying important clinical points. Next a detailed physical examination will be performed

with painless orthopedic and neurological tests. A postural and functional assessment will also be performed.

If necessary, xrays will be taken.

If the doctor feels that it is appropriate to treat without further evaluation, therapies may be rendered during the first visit. Home care therapies

and exercises are typically prescribed on the first visit.

How many visits will I need?

Every patient that we see is unique, so there is no exact estimate for how many visits may be required. However, we like to provide some simple guidelines to help you. We provide three types of care: Straight chiropractic care, disc decompression, and  corrective chiropractic care . Patients who are just looking to feel better and have mild-moderate symptoms may see us 1-4 times over a couple weeks. Patients who have more severe or chronic conditions may see us 4-12 times over a month or two. Patients who are looking to get their severe pain under control and then undergo a rehabilitation and correction to keep it that way may see us up to 24 times over several months. Patients who are interested in  disc decompression   usually require at least 6 visits to see significant improvement.
